Frontiers of High-Performance Computing in Modeling and Simulation (HPCSIM)
From Thursday, July 4 through Friday, July 5, the second edition of HPCSIM – Frontiers of High-Performance Computing in Modeling and Simulation, a workshop that aims to bring together experts on the latest and most effective methodologies for accelerating simulation software on massively parallel platforms, will be held at the Politecnico di Milano in Milan, Italy. Organized by MOX Laboratory and M3E SrL, the workshop is supported this year by ICSC – Italian Research Center on HPC, Big Data and Quantum Computing.
The scheduled talks, by three keynote speakers and fifteen other international speakers, will provide researchers and practitioners with an insight and survey of the potential of HPC in a wide range of real-world applications. The day before the workshop (July 3), there will be an additional session on Quantum Computing open to a limited number of participants.
